- Address problems such as: heavy bleeding, fatigue, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and ovarian cysts.
- Discover how our emotions play an important role on creating a healthy cycle.
- Restorative Yoga: restful asana to be practised during the menstrual cycle. Learn sequences of restorative postures designed to address very specific experiences such as: a heavy "or" light flow, cramps and endometriosis.
- Understand how to sequence your yoga practice for pre and post-menstruation.
- How to adapt your yoga practice while menstruating during a regular community class.
- Demystify practising inversions during your menstrual cycle. Should you invert? What constitutes an inversion?
