RESTORATIVE YOGA
& Healthy Menstrual Cycle
TEACHER TRAINING

coming soon
 With Kelly Mcgrath
Restorative Yoga provides a quite space for rest, healing and rejuvenation. The postures are practiced passively, supported with props such as folded blankets and bolsters, and comfortably held for long periods of time. It's excellent for people who are going through stressful times, and major life changes. Of course, anyone can practice and enjoy restorative yoga.

During this teacher training, you will learn safe thematic sequences of restorative postures, and address special topics such as: injuries, stress reduction, headaches, insomnia, back-pain, menstrual and menopausal discomforts.

Learn how to assess the appropriateness of postures for different bodies, and offer variations when needed. Understand how different postures support organ functioning; enhances respiration, and calms the nervs.

Special attention will be given to women’s reproductive organs, and supporting a healthy menstrual cycle.
