changing the world from the inside out
a meditation journey into awakening
lovingkindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity

with Kelly McGrath, E-RYT

Coming soon

“An Invitation: To remember that no matter where you are and what you face, within your heart peace is possible.” ~ Jack Kornfield

In order to live in a peaceful global world, we first must tend to the garden of our own heart. If we want peace on the outside, we must first make peace on the inside.

The 4 Immeasurables is a meditation practice to awaken the heart qualities of lovingkindness, compassion, joy and equanimity.

The practice provides you with “easy to use” tools that help you to look at life with an open and nonjudgmental relaxed attention, see confusion and gain insight. Learn how to work with difficult emotions, and to respond to challenging life situations in a skillful way.

The aim is to cultivate and truly understand from your own direct experience: kindness, empathy, forgiveness, patience, appreciation and enjoyment of life.

For beginners & experienced meditators.
All are welcome. No experience is required
