To me, summer represents growth, our urge to celebrate, to be uplifted, energized, inspired; to connect with others, and experience a sense of joy and love.

Our yoga practice this summer will support this flow through the seasons, by safely learning how to reach into backbends which open the heart and lifts our energy; and loving-kindness meditation which supports our interconnectedness and promotes happiness for all living beings.
