Yoga Classes with Kelly McGrath merge together the grace of Kripalu Yoga methodology with the wisdom of Buddhist meditation.
Kripalu Yoga is as spiritually profound as it is deeply physical. It offers powerful in-depth practices that emerge from its Hatha Yoga roots.
The style is a mindfulness vinyasa flow, that may range from gentle to a challenging vigorous practice. Classes seamlessly weave yogic philosophy, with the art of good alignment in the body, therapeutic application, assistance & injury prevention. Each class is uniquely sequenced, no two classes are the same.

Kelly's Vegan Recipe Corner:
Cashew Milk

  • Soak 1 cup of raw unsalted cashews about 4-5 hours.
  • Drain. Wash. Put them in the blender.
  • Add 3-4 cups of water.
  • Maple syrup & vanilla to taste.
  • Blend about 2 min.
Et voila! Its that easy!
Store in a glass jar in your fridge.

How much water you add is really up to you. Depending on what I'm using it for, it could be a little more thick or thin. I prefer maple syrup, because it truly is my favourite food group. :-) Of coarse you can change it as you wish. Some folks like agave nectar.
I love to add a pinch of cardamom. Especially on cold days, and when I warm the milk.

This lovely drink can be enjoyed cool or warm.
In the winter, I LOVE this in a Chai Latte!!
