Shambhala Meditation Center – Shambhala is an international community of 165 meditation centers led by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. Free meditation instruction and a wide variety of classes and programs in meditation, Buddhist teachings and many other disciplines are available at all centers.

Yoga Research and Education Center (YREC) – Located in Santa Rosa, California, the YREC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the traditional spiritual teachings of yoga and exploring its physiological and psychological benefits in the modern quest for health and wholeness.
