Class Levels

Beginner
 Learn the foundation of basic yoga postures with attention to precise alignment, breath and mindfulness. Enjoy guided relaxation at the end of each class. Appropriate for new students, and all those looking for a class reviewing the basics.
Intermediate
 A challenging class that introduces students to a wider variety of poses, including inversions, arm balances, intermediate panorama and mindfulness.
Advanced
 A dynamic and vigorous class, which includes advanced variations of backbends, balancing postures, inversions and lotus. Great for experienced students who wish to deepen their understanding of pranayama, yogic philosophy, mindfulness, and the teachings of Swami Kripalu, including meditation-in-motion.
Specialty Classes

Restorative Yoga
 Restorative Yoga provides a quite space for rest, healing and rejuvenation. Postures are practiced in a passive manner, supported with props such as folded blankets and bolsters, and comfortably held for long periods of time. Topics that will be covered are: stress, fatigue, back pain, headaches, insomnia, and menstrual pain.
This class is excellent for people who are going through stressful times, and major life changes. Of course, anyone can practice and enjoy restorative yoga.
Introduction to Yoga
 This class is for people who have never practiced yoga before, and would like to become more healthy, peaceful and grounded. Expect to learn introductory postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Upon completion, you will feel confident to join the regular beginner and mixed level classes.
Meditation
 Inspired from the Buddhist tradition, you will learn step-by-step techniques of sitting and walking meditation, that relax and calm the mind. When the mind is at ease, natural states of clarity, insight, kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity are revealed.
